Are your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 percent genuine and fully packaged direct from reputable wholesalers who also supply most high street stores. The reason we can sell them at cheaper prices is we have no shop overheads like high street stores.

How do I pay?
You can pay online using your debit or credit card. Please do not send cash or cheques to us.

What about VAT?
All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.

What about P&P?
All information is on the ordering page. There is a £2.69 delivery charge per item 2nd Class recorded to the UK and a £2.99 1st Class Recordeed charge per item.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally dispatched by first class mail within 2 working days of the order date. Please allow up to eight working days for delivery to the UK, fourteen for orders within Europe and twenty for orders throughout the rest of the world.


What is your returns policy?
All products purchased through this website are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product to us within 14 days of your order date and we will refund your money in full. Please include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).


Do you ever run out of popular product lines?
Our website is updated regularly to ensure stock levels are correct but occasionally this can happen. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 48 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please email sales@designerperfumeshop.co.uk with the product details.


What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order after 8 working days since dispatch (14 days for Europe or 21 days for International deliveries) please initially check with your post office to ensure that they do not have the parcel, and then if they do not have it please contact us via sales@designerperfumeshop.co.uk and we will take further action.
